Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Maintenance Plans

This makes it important to have your equipment inspected regularly so that fine-tuning can take place. HVAC maintenance plans are excellent for addressing these needs through pre-scheduled service.

Heating and Air Conditioning Tune-Ups and Maintenance Agreements
Regular maintenance results in fewer breakdowns and prolongs the life of a system. Service agreements provide a number of benefits at a set price, giving you peace of mind and a well-running system.
We offer three types of maintenance agreements with graduated pricing to meet your needs.
Replacement of heat exchangers, compressors, condensers, evaporator coils, ductwork and sheet metal are not covered by the Silver or Gold agreements. With the Gold plan service calls are FREE – you only pay for parts not covered by the agreement.

Fox Residential Air Conditioning Service offers our customers three options in maintenance plans. The Silver plan includes important inspections, adjustments and cleaning. Our Gold plan includes a 15 percent discount on parts and labor for many repair needs. Our Gold Plus plan is like a savings account for future repairs.
